FOP Motorcycle License Plate
Some members have expressed an interest in a FOP Motorcycle License Plate
and we are pleased to provide this information to these members.
Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will issue FOP Motorcycle plates on a
special request basis only. In order not to overwhelm the Special License Plate
Unit of DMV, we will be submiting applications in bundles to DMV.
The table below outlines information and specific details on applying
for this special license plate.
Overview of Requirements for Plate
- Must provide an active Virginia lodge membership card. Associate or Auxiliary members are not eligible.

►Number of character combinations available: 6
►Disabled symbol available upon request: Yes
- In addition to the standard Registration Fee, there is an added annual Plate Fee of $25 and additional annual fee of $10 if requesting a Personalized plate.
- Complete the DMV VSA10 Application. To get the application visit the Virginia DMV web page using the link located on the bar at the top of this web page.

and copies of your FOP Membership Card (front and back)
